Songs
Since I myself am a music junkie it is extremely difficult for me to choose a favorite song of the past year, but if I had to choose i'd say that song would be "Blood On The Leaves" by Kanye West. The production of this song is so phenomenal, the sample of Billie Holiday used in it, just fits in so well with the song and the beat. Kanye is by far one of the greatest rappers/producers of all time.
One of my favorite oldies of all time would have to me "Try Me" by James Brown. This song was dedicated to my mother from my father when they were younger, so they would always listen to it in the car on their oldies CD. But he song "Unchained Melody" by the Righteous Brothers is at a close second because its a beautiful song expressing his love. Plus the movie Ghost was pretty good.

Articles: Each article would highlight a new player to watch out for and the things that player is doing to set himself/herself apart from the competition. There would be articles on the biggest games of the week/weekend and anylasis of how certain players performed in that game.

Books
The Great Gatsby
By far one of my favorite books. I enjoyed this book because of the era it was written in. I wish I could have been able to experience the 1920's, and this book was able to give me a taste of what it was like. It also influences me to strive for greatness just like Jay Gatsby did, even though he came from nothing.

This is probably the craziest book I have ever read. Its the most controversial book i've ever read too. This book is all about sex. Its a autobiography about Tucker Max and all the women he's been with, all one hundred and something of them. Ill admit the book is hilarious, and really makes you dislike men, but hey props to him and writing all his stories.
